When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped in 1 to 4 business days. All orders to Canada and the USA are tracked and insured in case of loss. Delivery within Canada takes 2 to 7 business days and 5 to 10 business days for the USA.

Do you have cute gift packaging?

Except for soaps, items are safely packaged in pretty black jewellery boxes with black tissue paper.

How do figure out my ring size?

Please ask a jeweller to measure your finger or use a proper ring sizer to know your ring size. Any tricks found online with paper cut-outs, or string or whatever are not accurate. Every millimeter counts!

Do you take custom orders?

Sorry, I don't but I can probably make a ring size you don't see listed or make a necklace shorter, longer or maybe even a different chain. I can customize but not a piece made from scratch. Feel free to message me!

Do you sell wholesale or on consignment?

Not anymore and this helps me keep my prices reasonable. I prefer to sell directly to my customers.

Is it spelled jewellery or jewelry?

"Jewellery" is the correct spelling in British and Australian English and "jewelry" is in American English. Canadians use both!
