Refund policy

Missy Industry offers a flexible exchange policy allowing jewellery (not soaps) to be exchanged for store credit or another piece of equal value within 30 days. The provided store credit does not expire therefore giving you the freedom to choose when to redeem it. Please note, return postage and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All sales are non-refundable and soaps are non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety concerns.
